all the pretty flowers! mostly new to me.
with my head hanging out the window trying to figure out what the intensely sweet, deep, wet floraly smell was, i discovered it to be the lilac that is everywhere...lilac dewy with pacific ocean sea spray..mmmm!

i know you're glad to once again be by the sea! the pacific looks beautiful, and i'm so excited to visit the west coast vicariously ;)

there are not beaches here. it's called "the coast" ;)
DeleteI had no idea seals would be there!! Did the dogs want to chase them? It all looks beautiful! Lilac was Granny's favorite smell of flowers and I love it too! Glad you are there!!
ReplyDeletenope, they stayed in the truck for that very reason. the water here is VERY cold...lots of blubbery sea creatures here.
